BURGER HUNT PT. 5: Lenny’s Burger

Part FIVE! The Arizona classic, serving that good good since 1984! We went to the new location on Central and Virginia (just north of Thomas.) And just like their other location, Lenny’s is giving us those old school diner vibes. 

We brought the burger hunt king himself, Gino Belassen, if you aren’t familiar with him, read Burger Hunt Pt. 2. We ALSO brought along SEAN OUR VIDEO GUY! Currently, he works at Fire and Brimstone in Gilbert, on the side, he is our director and editor for our HYF videos!

Below are our thoughts on the burgers:

LENNYS BURGER REVIEWS

“The Control”:

A SOLID BURGER! The bun and the meat were balanced, so nothing else is needed to have a good time here! But … adding things at Lenny’s isn’t taking away from the experience.

Cowboy Burger:

BBQ, Bacon, and ONION RINGS! Giddy up. This is a must at Lenny’s. The onion rings are primo, a little messy, maybe not for a car ride.

The Mexican Burger:

Sauteed onion and green chilis … growing up in Arizona, it seems like everyone loves adding green chilis to everything, and for the most part they all do it wrong. TEXTURE IS EVERYTHING! Well, guess what, Lennys get it! The texture is on point, not too much of the chili doesn’t take away from the burger or bun. It isn’t a mushy ass burger.

SHAKES & FRIES

The shakes are DANK! Chocolate of course, and we also got the Oreo shake … bomb.

Fries … crispy and fluffy. These were Ginos favorite fries!
